  Im giving this complaint with hopes that they can improve with their customer service and cooking otherwise ill just drive a little longer to another store

  Cold, not much chicken, Asked for teriyaki chicken; as in the menu its under noodles and not rice, when i got home and opened it i had recieved rice with it, thought id give it a try before i complain but it wasnt very nice, hardly any taste. The customer service was pushy and rushed and not very polite at all,

  Just opened great food good service. Glad i dont have to travel to ingle farm to get my wiab fix

  The food here was a bit pricey and it was very hot when I received it and I had to wait for it to cool down before I ate it, If you want a drink with your meal you have to walk all the way to the other end of the store to get a drink out of the fridge which is poor planning

  Placed an order for delivery. Received a confirmation email from OTR that my order had been received which also confirmed my actual order. Called OTR an hour later to be told they have no record of the order. Not impressed.

  will not deliver in my area even thou i am 5km from there. Most of the time the stuff that are on the phones do not speak or understand English so commutation is hard at times and when you say you live next to water world at big place that near then they have no ider where it is as they said they from the other side of the city.
